Hidden in the brickwork, is another special feature. We deliberately chose sand-lime brick because of its excellent physical properties. The advantage for you is the benefit of being able to enjoy a healthy and pleasant indoor climate. One of the visual highlights are the green rooftops as well as the generously proportioned gardens on the ground floor.
Energy-efficient construction is our goal - for the environment and for you. Utilise the advantages of the "Münchner Höfe", a modern building complex that is oriented towards the standards of an efficiency house KfW 55. We will build your new home to the above-mentioned energy-efficient standard, even if this is not (currently) subsidised by the KfW.
