In actual fact this means:
You have the option of insuring your loan instalment up to a maximum of 2,000 euros per month via the Krieger + Schramm and Protect Versicherung AG, so that it is then covered by the insurance for a maximum of 24 months. This significantly reduces the financial risk when buying a property from Krieger + Schramm.
Should you reserve a residential unit by 31.03.2023 and wish to have this cover, Krieger + Schramm will assume the costs for this insurance for the first 5 years. Of course, you have the option to extend the contract term by up to 15 years.
